Good evening dear cat lover! So today I want to share about box obsession of cats.

This is Maru from Japan, Maru loves box too much!

All the toys in the world can't compare to a just simple cardboard box.

They love drawn to boxes and other enclosed objects like paper bags, laundry baskets and suitcases.

But, why they act like that?

One of the reason is these areas allow the animals to stalk prey and to hide from predators.

Secondly is because they are cryptic animals.

After that, it also gives them a place of safety and security.

By the way, boxes also provide cats with a cozy, a perfect place to sleep.

So, before you want to buy your cats a variety of toy in the market, how if you try first gives them a box. I think they will like it very much.

YOUR CAT IS SICK

Today, your cats is happy, active and healthy.

But who knows maybe tomorrow your cats are unhappy, passive and sick.

As a good master, you should concern with your pets healthy.

HOW TO KNOW YOUR CAT IS SICK?

1. LOOKING FOR CHANGES IN BEHAVIOR AND APPEARANCE

- Pay attention to how much your cat sleeps. Sick cat will sleep more than usual. Keep your cat under observation if they doesn't show any other symptoms such as illness and loss of appetite.

- Checks your cat temperature for fever. Use rectal thermometer.

- Monitor changes in your cat litter box. It is difficult if blood or mucus in the urine and feces are hard. 

- Pay attention to your cat appetite. See if your cat eating more than usual or eat less than usual.

2. LOOKING FOR SYMPTOMS

- Watch for vomiting.

- Sausage like feces.

- Lack of energy.

- Black gum teeth.

Why Do Cats Sleep So Much?

Have you ever wondered why this cute creatures always sleep?

Actually cat have their sleep cycle which is 15 hours a day and sometimes they can sleep for 20 hours. Wow, so incredible if we want to compare with human sleep hours just 8 hours a day. It makes me curious to know the reason.

1. Easily getting sleepy.

- Like us to, cat love to sleep. Kitten and old cats are more likely to sleep for a long time rather than adult cats.

2. Affected by the weather.

-Cats will become lazy, start yawning and shut their eyes during rainy and cold days, same like humans to.

4. Energy conservation.

- Cats have the physiology of predators, mainly they will hunting during night.

All of above, are the reasons why cats sleep so much. It is okay for your cat to sleep for a long hours as long they are active and healthy when they are awake.
